Zilker Park Kitchen
The clients for this kitchen remodel in the Zilker neighborhood of Austin, wanted more out of their cabinetry. After creating a plan to incorporate all the functionality they were looking for, we overhauled the existing cabinets - combining some into larger drawers, adding spice rack, trash, lazy susan and charging inserts, building new door fronts, updating to slow close hinges, painting, and changing out the hardware. The cabinetry showstopper though is the paneled fridge and new cabinets that fill in the 6’ side wall. Other special touches include the handmade walnut island and matching floating shelves, and the antique mirror backsplash in the adjoining butler’s pantry turned bar.
