Our Remodel Process
1. Site Visit + Estimate
We follow up on all inquiries and schedule an in person site visit to see the space and learn more about your goals.
At the end of this phase we will provide you with an estimate for your remodel and give you an idea of how long it will take.
2. Design
While we are not interior designers, we can walk you through the items you need to decide on for your remodel and make recommendations.
If you would like to work with an interior designer, we will provide you with a revised estimate after we've seen the final designs.
Once your deposit has been paid to secure your spot on our remodel calendar, we will begin ordering items based on estimated delivery times.
At the end of this phase, we will have all of your major decisions and some purchases made.
3. Approval
HOA or city approval may be necessary before we begin. We discuss this with each client during the site visit.
4. Build
A month before we begin construction, we will provide you with a timeline so you know what to expect during the remodel.
At the end of this phase, your remodel will be complete!
